Danielle White

Danielle consults with CVG Investment Partners on human resources issues, bringing over 13 years of experience working with large and small organizations in various industries. Her areas of expertise include policy design and development, executive leadership coaching and training, employee relations, performance management, state and federal law compliance, strategic business planning, and creating and building HR infrastructures from the ground up. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Employee Relations from Penn State and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, traveling, and going to the beach. Danielle is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
