CVG Offers Custom Incubator Coaching Program for Sole Proprietor Architects

This program is designed for early-stage firms, typically sole proprietors, who are in need of support and coaching as they plan for the growth of their business. It is intended for firms that represent long-term growth and may become an investment partner with CVG in the near future.

Participants receive:

• One-on-one coaching with a CVG team member during one-hour meetings every other week for six months covering every business-related topic for your firm.

• Guidance on the setup and use of Hubspot’s free CRM tool to manage relationships and monitor deals (www.Hubspot.com).

• Professional review of proposals and/or coaching for specific presentations or proposal submittals to improve the chances of gaining new work.

• General advice on financial setup and processes.

• Ongoing support to address any critical business issues that arise outside of the structured meeting schedule.

• The Gallup StrengthsFinder test and an introductory session about its purpose and how you can use this test to strengthen your firm.

• Inclusion in CVG’s group purchasing program where you can purchase Apple products at a discount.

All interactions are conducted via video calls. On-site visits and custom written reports are not included.

The term of this program is six months. The price is $5,000, which is invoiced upon approval.  The firm has up to six months to pay the invoice. It may be paid in installments, or in one lump sum, at any time during the term.
