Kate Rasmussen

Kate brings over two decades of experience in sustainable design and urbanism to her role as a Senior Management Consultant at CVG. While serving as an Executive Business Strategist at Wade Weissmann Architecture, she shaped the firm’s strategic growth and operational efficacy. Over the past ten years, Kate has led business development initiatives and marketing strategies, established new office locations, and spearheaded the publication of two monograph books, further expanding WWA’s reach.

An advocate for sustainable practices in architecture, Kate served as a Graduate Fellow at the Prince’s Foundation for the Built Environment, where she developed engagement strategies for public projects and collaborated on research concerning sustainable architecture.

In addition to her professional achievements, Kate is actively involved in community service and architectural education. She is a Fellow Emeritus of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art, where she contributed as a committee member and juror for design awards. Kate is passionate about mentoring emerging professionals and has participated in numerous workshops and teaching assistantships, including collaborative projects with the University of Notre Dame.

Kate holds a Master of Arts in Sustainable Urbanism from the University of Wales and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame. She is based in Sewickley, Pennsylvania.
