These statements are part of your brand promise that will help you attract your target clients, build your practice's visibility and reputation, and win better projects.

    This workshop will aim to help you to create new or refreshed mission and vision statements for your practice.

    In this interactive workshop, Xylia will show you how to:

    - Define your practice’s mission statement – an articulation of your purpose, values, and approach
    - Craft your practice’s vision statement – an exploration into your long-term aspirations and how your practice will fulfill its stated purpose

    Participants are invited to bring any existing mission and vision statements, practice profiles, or other marketing content to use as a springboard.
